After our long journey of pursuing Daniel and Yordanus for adoption was shut down, we thought we would have to wait at least 4-6 months for a referral. God is so good and we got a call the next day from our case worker, Patricia Ward telling us she had three boys for us to consider. After much prayer, discussion and excitement we decided to accept a referral for Tamerat Asfaw. He is five years old and cute as a button! As we were considering him we looked at what he was wearing and there on his little sweat shirt was the word “Virginia.” What is the likelihood that a little boy in Ethiopia would be wearing a sweat shirt with our state written on it! Thank you Lord for that little confirmation!
